Individual, password-protected access
Each authorized user signs in with their own account. Never share portal passwords or allow another person to access the case under your credentials.
Permission-based information sharing
Users see only the information, documents, invoices, events, and case materials made available to their portal account.
Secure document exchange
Requested records can be uploaded directly to the case rather than sent as ordinary email attachments.

Help us keep your information organized and protected
Send scheduling questions, documents, and case-related messages through MyCase whenever directed by Secure Family Visits.
Your account is individual to you. Attorneys, representatives, and other parties must use their own authorized access.
Confirm the matter name before sending a document or message, particularly if you have access to more than one case.
Portal invitations, password assistance, and activity notices are connected to the email address on your account.
First use the “Forgot your password?” option on the MyCase login screen. For case-access or invitation issues, contact Secure Family Visits at 201-345-3350 or info@securefamilyvisits.com.
Common portal questions
I did not receive my activation invitation. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder and search for an email from MyCase. If it is not there, contact Secure Family Visits to confirm that the correct email address was entered and request that access be reviewed.
Do clients and attorneys use different websites to log in?
Both login buttons open the MyCase login page. What each person can see is determined by the account invitation, case role, and information shared with that user.
Can I make a payment through the portal?
When an invoice and online payment option have been shared with your account, you may review the invoice and submit payment through the available LawPay payment process.
Can I access MyCase from my phone or tablet?
Yes. MyCase can be accessed through a supported web browser, and users may also use the MyCase mobile application.
Why can’t I see a document or report?
Portal users can access only items that have been shared with their account. A report may still be under preparation, may not yet have been officially released, or may not be authorized for that user’s role.
