Standard Service Rates

These rates apply when verified income documentation has not been submitted and approved.

Sliding Scale

Eligibility is based on the combined verified household income of both parties. Approved rates remain valid for 90 days.

Important Billing Rules

Pay 4 Days BeforeAll required fees must be paid in full before a visit is confirmed.
2-Hour MinimumApplies to in-person visits unless a stated exception applies.
14-Day Cancellation RuleLate cancellations and moved visits are billed in full.
30-Day ScheduleA monthly 30-day schedule must be provided.

Financial Policies

Payment, billing increments, and scheduling
  • Advance Payment: Fees must be paid in full at least four (4) days before the scheduled visit.
  • Minimums & Increments: All in-person visits require a 2-hour minimum. Extensions are billed in 1-hour increments. Supervised Exchanges have no 2-hour minimum when a monitor is local. After-Visit Therapeutic Visitation is billed at a flat one-hour rate per party.
  • Virtual Visits: Billed in 15-minute increments and rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
  • Scheduling: A 30-day schedule must be provided monthly.
Cancellations, late fees, and reactivation
  • Cancellation Notice: At least fourteen (14) calendar days' notice through MyCase is required to avoid a penalty.
  • Late Cancellation / No-Show: Visits cancelled or moved within 14 calendar days are billed at the full rate and are non-refundable.
  • Returned Payment Fee: $50 per return.
  • Late Fees: $35 or 5% of the amount due, whichever is greater.
  • Reactivation Fee: A $100 fee may apply when services resume after suspension.
Combined income and allocation between parties
  • The sliding-scale tier is determined using the combined verified income of both parties for the previous 3 months.
  • After the full rate is set, each party pays the percentage required by a court order or written agreement.
  • Both parties must pay their required share before a visit is confirmed.
  • When no order or agreement states otherwise, costs are divided 50/50.
  • Secure Family Visits does not determine, negotiate, modify, mediate, or resolve payment responsibility between parties.
  • Services may be suspended until payment obligations are clarified and required fees are received.
Travel, incidentals, holidays, and peak-demand periods
  • Mileage: IRS Standard Rate for travel beyond 25 miles each way.
  • Incidentals: Parking, tolls, and entrance or venue fees are billed to the responsible party.
  • Holiday Rate: 1.5× the regular rate on Federal Holidays, attached weekends, and peak-demand periods.
  • Peak-Demand Periods: July 1–7, November 20–December 1, and December 20–January 2.
  • Services outside Video Visitation, In-Person Home Visitation, In-Person Video Visitation, and Supervised Exchange are excluded from sliding-scale reductions.
Court testimony and subpoenas
  • Subpoenas must provide at least 21 days' notice.
  • Hourly Rate: $200 per hour, including preparation, travel, and testimony time.
  • Minimum: 2 hours per day.
  • The requesting party is responsible for associated travel, lodging, and airfare.
